The suggestions provided by the Company are subject to external factors and conditions beyond our control.

Self-Booking and Customer Liability: All services recommended by the Company are self-booked by the Customer. The Customer acknowledges that they are solely responsible for making bookings, reservations, and arrangements based on the provided suggestions. The Company does not earn any commissions from these bookings.

Costing and Financial Responsibility: The Customer acknowledges and agrees that they are fully liable for all costs associated with the travel arrangements, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, activities, and any other expenses incurred during the trip.

No Guarantee of Results: The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of services suggested. The Customer acknowledges that travel plans may be subject to change and unforeseen circumstances, and the Company is not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from such changes.

By accepting and utilising the travel planning advisory services provided by Roam&Routes, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this waiver. The Customer further understands the advisory nature of the services and accepts full financial responsibility for all aspects of their travel plans.
